Oh I've always had a problem with this story. I did come across one interpretation that made much sense to me. In a nutshell it argued that Eve and Adam had to fall in order for humanity to grow. How could we mature if we didn't know the difference between good and evil?

Wow...Fall of Women indeed. People always talk about the Fall of Man, but you're the first person I've ever encountered who talks about the apple being the Fall of women. Great job!
