I found this actually very soulful. You got into the grit of things, down into the core of emotion where things don't really make sense anymore. I liked it very much, and I think I will not heed your warning. :) I didn't find this sappy at all. Any poetry about love or any type of feeling can be good as long as it is written with a deep knowledge of that emotion. This piece, for me, captured perfectly the essence of a person being tortured by, not only lost love, but also several other emotions. They feel as if they are going crazy. Perfect. :) I would like to read more of your poetry.
