There are a few things I wonder about...
I know that this website has a weird format with the poems...and the way your poem is posted here is the default form of presentation...I just wondered about the original format of the poem. You can sometimes find out more about the poem's telling with just that. :)
Also..."Who is the Father Confessor"...it makes me feel weird that a "?" mark is not after that. I think if added, it adds more to the "wonder" that the "neighbours" are contemplating about. Just a thought...
By the way...that was my favorite line. I really liked this poem a lot!
