Very epic. This is an A. I love the archaic texture you incorporated into this writing, the style and flow of the storytelling was incredible. Absolutely wonderful, keep up the amazing work! _
Also, just out of curiosity, did you ever have a particular 'creature' in mind? Was it a dragon-wolf-deer hybrid or...or what? I try to picture what it might be, but as I cannot read your mind, I'm sure that what I imagine and what you imagined are two completely different things. Well, I don't suppose you really have to answer that if you don't want to, it was actually more intriguing and mysterious than saying "a giant wolf" or something! XD

Wonderful. This is creepy as hell, and really inspiring.
Is this based off a myth of some kind, or did you create it completely?
The build-up is terrifying. So is the ending, with the monster inside them and the insinuation that their savior is next.
