I remember reading this story prequel and reading the first chapter of this sequel about five years ago and thinking "Damn... why is it the most perfect stories are the ones that get un-continued?". I remember sending you a private message telling you how 'Love is Strange' was- and still is- hands down the best story I've ever read (my profile back then was PrideOfLight I believe). I remember being scared for your health 'cus holy shit you made it sound like you were dying! I may not sound at emotional as I did when I was 12-13 years old, but believe me when I say I'm so fucking happy that you've not only updated this story, but that you're alive (yeah, I'm crying). And yes, this faithful LIS reader is doing very well! I'm a big, strong, happy 18 year old now. I hope that you TOO are doing well, writer. I'm looking forward to the next update, even if I do have to wait another four or five years for it. It'll be worth it though :) Please keep going strong!

I... I just... have no words to express... After being gone for so long, I had thought that we wouldn't get any more... I just... I'm so overwhelmed with emotion right now. You've been in my thoughts for the past few years, and now to actually hear from you... I can't describe how overjoyed I am
Thank you so so so so so very much for updating! I know I didn't review every chapter, but I just want to let you know that you and your boys have meant so, so much to me. Love is Strange was one of the very first stories I found on FictionPress, and it touched me so much. It remains uncontested as my favourite piece on this entire site.
Alex and Ryan came to me in a time where I was a bit lost, still finding myself, and their story really lifted my spirits. You and your boys never fail to put a smile on my face; whenever I'm feeling at my worst, I reread LiS and the world feels okay again. You've helped me through some tough times; you, Alex, and Ryan are such an inspiration and to be honest, you are a large part of the reason why I started to write.
I can't find enough words to express how much I love this story, and how much I love you for writing and sharing it with us. I wish you joy and happiness; no matter how much time passes, you and your boys will always have a special place in my heart. I've been a fan of your's story Love is Strange for a few years now, but never got the nerve to reply ! I didn't realize that you have a sequel for it posted already. This couple is one of my fav of all time hehe. Thanks for all your hard work creating them, and making their story so beautiful. I can't count how many times I read it over and over again it's one of those stories that never gets old.

A pity this never got finished. It's a really wonderful story. I was hoping they'd finally have a child of their own yah know... but nevertheless the ending of this chapter, although kept me hanging, is still satisfactory :)

One question: Why hasn't this updated?! I fell in love with your story and characters in the first, and then all over again in this one simple chapter. I rate this highly, and I read the entire first book nearly one sitting, I was so into it.
