mm, that was just a beautiful story, the main character having found his self-respect and sense of worth back and not taking any shit. i'm usually a one chance kind of person, but i'm working on giving people a second one, though it's just so much easier to cut someone off imedietly if they hurt you. i'm glad he was over the dick and stood his ground!

Wow! Just amazing. Nothing is harder to resist than an old flame wanting to be taken back. So proud of Adam standing his ground and kicking that no good piece of shit ex-boyfriend to the curb where he belongs.

I've been reading your stories lately (ok, I started last night and didn't stop until today at 8 am, when I figured I needed at least two hours of sleep) and I have to say you are an amazing writer. I don't understand why your reviews aren't closer to one thousand, so I decided to do my part and review (which I never, ever do, to my eternal shame. I'm a lurker).

Okay, man, I loved that! Jason got what he deserved! I hate guys like him. Almost the exact same thing happened to my best friend except they were only dating for a year not three. That is why I don't stay with a longer than two months tops :p I am sorry about your boyfriend breaking up with you. I really am. But he missed out on an excellent writer :)

you know what, i love this. i wish that one day i could be as strong as this guy when facing an ex. because i'm not. almost every ex i have i would probably run right back to if they let me; some more than others. but i don't want to be like that. i really truly love this. sorry about you and your boyfriend. ):
