Love it so far :D I like the characters (they ever so slightly remind me of the kids in A Series of Unfortunate Events, but in a good way). I have only one criticism, which is that you spelt Alps wrong. Unless you were deliberately trying yo spell it the French way. :P

I'm confused! I thought Kai grew up to be the granny that almost takes over the world. But I guess Kai is actually the toddler in this story. Is Kai the grandmother who is trying to take over the world or is the grandmother who isn't Kai trying to take over the world?

That reminds me of te time when abby went to the hospital and me and my bff sarah went to get her a get well card. Sarah wrote nice stuff, and at the bottom i added 'and if you die, we get your laptop, right?' then i got so nervous that she'd actually died. I felt so guilty. :)
