wow just finished my third story that you have written...you are amazingly talented! This story was awesome. It was one of those times when I knew what would happen from the very beginning but the way you bring it out is impressive. only i had assumed James would be gay. your way is better.

after reading this chapter i would say maddy was kinda shallow when it concerned love.but taking in consideration how she still oblivious about feelings towards robert i will just say she didnt see the bigger picture yet. and only pouring her frustrations towards jewel and ethan so-called attraction.

I really liked it, you know? I think it could very well be published as a Harlequin novel (one of the non-trashy ones of course).
Plus, I find your style of writing refreshing: I look forward to read more of your stories.

This story reminds me of the book/movie "Emma". The situation is similar, just set in a modern working context. The dialogue between Maddie and Jewel in this chapter is practically the same as in the movie.
Nicely written story, I like it.

AWE! THAT WAS TOO CUTE.
I used to read your stuff a while back, but you didn't have so many stories back then, I do recall your obsession for younger woman-older men relationship though, hmm. XD
Anyway, this was really cool, I really couldn't get enough! I did get a little p.o'd with Maddy and her dabbling ways, but eh, Robert just compliments her. They fit each other perfectly and you portrayed that perfection swimmingly!
Great story, looking forward to catching up on the others :)

I rea your adaption of Prida ad Prejudice and I really really enjoyed it but, I think that this story is so much better.
In this case you really took smart liberties on the story adapting the situations to the modern context. You made the characters adorable and each chapter so enjoyable to read.

I really adored this story. You're a very talented writer and I just couldn't stop reading! I especially love how you made the characters come to life. Their dialogue was so entertaining and witty :) I also love how you got in all the big events from Emma so smoothly. It's entirely your own story: the setting (love the work environment), the characters (I might like Robert more than Mr. Knightley, just because he's so charming and complex) and the emotion.
This was the best modernized version of a Jane Austen book that I've ever read. I hope to see your work published someday! :D
