This chapter was short but effectively summarizes their relationship quite nicely (and ties up the loose end with Jewel as well). Robert's speech was sappy but undoubtedly sweet, and it's nice to know that Madeline is more aware of her obliviousness and flaws now.
One typo: "I had made hot chocolate with tiny marsh mellows for the two of us."

Finally they have acknowledged their feelings. Loved the ending. Maybe one more chapter though about their life now - marriage, family (he always thought of her as family), Jewel's relationship with Henry.

I always love your endings and I loved this one, especially with them telling they love eachother in the airport :)
