I've been SUCH a crummy reviewer lately. Gah. Sorry. But I did read this chapter on my phone, and I lovelovelove everything about this recent turn of events. Although I've since read Chapter 12, at the time I was soaking in all the adorable A/R action. They really have so much in common, and even though I need them to shut up and bang already - I must admit, the cuddling was so, darn cute. :D

GAHHHHHH! I am on the edge of my seat waiting for the next one because I can't just not know how they make up! And if you don't update soon *shakes fist* I'm just kidding, but not really. Unless they have amazing makeup sex that you put that M rating to good use, then I will allow a long wait period (I don't know how I shall survive waiting!) But I am so hooked on your story.

I'm so glad you're still posting on this story! I love your fics, the way you write your characters and I've read enough to trust where you're going with this. Obviously Asher and Riley have much deeper emotions for each other than they are aware of. Thanks so much for the update!

It's okay! The more and harder they fight, the better the make-up sex, right? Well hopefully Asher doesn't give up. She may be pissed as hell right now, but she was just turning a corner regarding him. Maybe she will calm down in... A month. Hahahaha.

Actually I was thinking of this early today! (or should I say yesterday, because it's 4:30 AM...) And I remember hoping that there wouldn't be a morning after confrontation type thing, and there wasn't! It made me so excited and them BAM all that happened.
Holy crap Asher made me SO MAD. Like DAMMIT ASHER YOU HAD ONE JOB. Honestly, he had some sort of right to say something to Clara because I would have done that if someone had done that to my best friend, but at the same time he went waaaaay too far. So Riley definitely had the right to say something back and then he called her a slut and then the world exploded and yep. I was really glad that she walked away at the end of the chapter because it would have probably been a little too soon to reconcile, or even address the situation. All in all, I DO enjoy a drama-filled chapter and this was definitely that. Also I saw some of the physical descriptions going on in there! Can't wait for the next update.
(Also my little brother had gone away for the weekend and apparently he had gone to Ithaca but I'm not sure how because he's 15 and it's 230 miles from Philly...)

God, this story guts me!
I really liked seeing how a one night stand could hurt a guy instead of a girl, plus even though he was a dick, I loved how Asher stood up for his friend.
I love Riley but her temper is starting to piss me off. Sometimes she just needs to chill.
My heart just freakin ached when Asher went after Riley at the end of the chapter. Ahhhh! I can't take much more!

SHE ACTUALLY SAID SHE WOULD BE WILLING TO BE FRIENDS. AND THEN YOU JUST I JUST HE JUST SHE-*breathes*
I did kind of like the angst though, as sad as it is that once again one step forward is two steps back, I love reading riley and asher argue.
He was a jerk though, the stuff he said...
I like though that Clara's character is undergoing a change, some development i guess (not to say she sisnt a developed character because she is, I'm just flailing for another word). This will be an interesting plotline, methinks. seeing how she matures (would you call it maturing? idk) or attempts to overcome her commitment issues, if she tries.
I love that Riley slapped asher, and that she stood up for her friend , just like asher stood up for his. I also like thats RIley didn't step in right away, she gave clara a chance to defend herself first.
["Please, Riley," he whispered, his brown eyes almost pleading with me. "Please talk to me."]
You really know how to tug on my heartsrings don't you? merlin I just *huggles Asher really really really close and then proceeds to lecture RIley on my she should have just kissed him and said she forgives him and asdghjko9*

WHY RILEY ASHER FOLLOWED YOU HE WAS PRACTICALLY BEGGING AND YOU BROKE HIS HEART AND MY HEART AND YOUR OWN HEART AND JUST
I'm inconsolable and drowning in a pool of heart broken feels. being a fangirl follower of brillaint stories makes life so hard. lol.
[By the time we'd awoken on that Saturday morning, he had rolled back over until he was nearly falling out of the bed.] that made me giggle, and disappointed me both at the same time. RIley, deal with you intimacy issues already! Then go snog the life out of asher! )
I'm dying for the next chapter now. I'm hoping for a reunion, but idk that may be a tad unrealistic and idealistic of me xD

OMG! they were finally getting along, but I feel like this was needed. Riley needed to revisit the whole scenario since she never took the time to understand how Asher felt about that particular situation.
