Hey, so here's the review you asked for. Since you asked for more character development and flow, I'll mostly stick to that. Though, I might add some other things u might want to look at (just wont be in too much details) as I read through. Take what you want from it. :)
Look at:
-your punctuation. Dialogue tags.
-megan tells her to write down what she just said in the beggining. You don't have to repeat it as she writes it down. It drags the story.
-flow was a bit off. Everything lead one thing to another, but everything felt a bit forced. Like you were thinking "ok this happens and right after this happens" there was no concrete flow/connection to one point to the next.
-the characters seems a bit flat, but perhaps thats more because we're still learning about them. the dialogue works because all of it seemed necessary to keep the story going. We learn a lot about the characters personality that way as well. I'm waiting to see if there's more of a round out development. I understand the gits of their relationships between each other though and i have a feeling i know how this would turn out just based on what's already written. Predicatable, but then, you had a really good hook. Right amount of urgency and you could really take this turn of events any way you want and highten the suspense even more. Good. :)
if i have time I'll continue reading. Once chapter isnt enough to tell you much about character development, but i'd have to do that next time, when im not pushing for time. Hoped i helped though!

Hi. It's beautiful chapter and I love it. :) I am so glad that Michelle and Desmond finally admit that they love each other. Yay! :D Its true thats cancer have no cures and its risks for people eg for women have cancer and must use chemio thats will suffer the baby if a woman's pregnant with a child. Its sad. :( I am hoping thats will be hopes and miracles for Desmond to have long life as least. *hopeful smile* I am hoping that Michelle and Desmond make positive things together to treasure the memories together. - xxxx. I am glad that Desmond and Michelle will meet up for next day. Yay! :D Aww poor Michelle. :( I understand why Michelle's parents don't tell her because they knew that Desmond will tell her when the time's right. :) Aww Michelle want to take the photos of Desmond and herself so she can have plenty of memories of being together. Thats nothing wrong to be in love because sometimes in relationship can be bad lead the painful breakup and the person who's in love can learn the mistakes + pain from that. It can be sad and hurt. Hi. It's so beautiful chapter and I love it. :) I know that I already told that I definitely will be busily all day unfortunately the plans change because of weather at the moment so I went home earlier after college. Thats means I can read this story for awhile. Yay! :D By the way, about the movie - It still on tonight. Yay! :D This is my favourite chapter that include Casey. Yay! :D I am wonder if Casey's dad name is Steven or Jerry? *curiously* Because I am so confused by that. :S OMG Casey's dad thought that Casey and Michelle are dating. How cute. :) Poor Casey and Michelle. :( Aww I am so glad that Casey admit his feelings to Michelle. It's beautiful chaptes and I love it. :) I was plan to read this chapter and leave a review in this story before I go to bed so I'm sorry about that so I just notice that you stop read my story because you don't leave any reviews yesterday so Does I upset you? Or something? *curiously* Don't hesitaste to ask me anything. :) By the way, no you don't offend about the christians because I'm very strong christian and very open mind young woman. :) This chapter is my favourite and its including Casey. :D I do like Desmond but I love Casey because Casey's the type of ideal boyfriend/husband in every women's mind to search for serious relationship. :D Aww Michelle felt so comfort and happy after Casey hug her. How cute. :) So Casey and Michelle met at high school since freshman. How cute. :) Aww Casey asked Michelle to watch dvds at his house and she accept it. Yay! How cute. :) I am wonder why Michelle's gasped about Mustang? *curiously* I love pirates of caribeans and I am going to watch the number 4 with my siblings tonight. Yay! :D I don't know that Michelle loves sci - fictions movies and its so awesome because I never seen alot of girls watch the movies thats include sci - fiction movies. :) I am not say that Michelle have to watch the romance, etc and I am glad that she's not ashamed to be admit it. Thats why I love Michelle like a sister to me. :D I like Casey's mum and its funny because she's similiar to Michelle's mum as well. :) I am glad that Michelle agree to stay to have dinner with Casey and his family. Yay! :D I am wonder if Casey's only child? *curiously* Aww Casey and Michelle sit together as they watch the movie. It's so beautiful chapter and I love it. :) I am wonder why Michelle's parents never ask why and what happen to Michelle that send her to hospital? *curiously* I am just wonder what kind of jobs does Michelle's parents work as? *curiously* I am wonder why Michelle don't tell the teacher that she's here at school? *curiously* I am wonder why Desmond's so mean and tease at Michelle at school? *curiously* Poor Michelle. :( I am glad that Michelle done flip up to Desmond. Is it because of her head that causing her so weird? *curiously* OMG Michelle scream to the nurse that Desmond hurt her. Poor Desmond. :( Aww Desmond's the one who save Michelle.
