this is one of my favorite chapters in a while, i really love the interaction between reese & mackie and it's so sweet that he cares enough about her to check up on her and take her out for ice cream. his description of the ice cream flavor he felt suited her was adorable. i think he is really starting to like her, or at least he's starting to show it in his own way. i'm pretty much dying to see what comes of this dance! :)
the only conflict i have is that it's sometimes hard to remember who all of the characters are, who is going out with who, who is being matched together, etc. i wonder if you have a list of your characters and how they are tied together and if you would ever be willing to share it. it would help keep the connections in my mind as i read, especially since new chapters are separated by a couple weeks and it's hard to remember who everyone is sometimes. just an idea!
