This poem is easy to relate to - the emotions are strong. The main thing that bothered me about it - it's mainly a visual thing - is that the first letter of every word is capitalized on the last lines of each stanza. Maybe you did this for style, but it can be distracting and take away from the poem.
Favorite line: "But you must hide your broken heart / Beneath your beautiful face" (That was pretty.) ^_^
