Hey there! Great chapter! And great to hear from you! As far as your questions go, here are my personal opinions:
1. I like shorter chapters that I can look forward too more frequently. Also, if it takes too long to read one chapter, I wind up breaking them up anyway in breaks at work...;
2. I would love to hear more about Resten. :)
3. My fav character? I love Scy and Seram obviously, but my favorite would probably be Ndal. ;3
And how far is too far? Idk :0 How far are ya gonna take it? I don't mind if you feel like you should jump to a less iffy site to post it. ;

Wow was I thrilled to see an update when I checked, thank you so much. I will be willing to wait a bit, hopefully not too long though, for a longer chapter. As for the rating thingy, I have read stories on FP that are really "sizzling" yet only add to the beauty of the storyline and make for a more complete story without any problems that I can see. I am just happy you have not abandoned this great story!

You have an amazing talent and I would looovveee if you would write the next chapter sooooooonnn!
Maybe he should be forced to do more things he doesnt want to but the shadow man should talk to him more and make him happy at the same time that he is doing things... maybe he should have a horrible night and sob his eyes out because the shadow man made him do something he really didnt want to and he ended up comforting him ending in them sleeping in the same bed... (it is to soon for sex though unless you want it to be rape lol) anyways... no matter what you do I will most likely love it and I really do hope you write more soon! AMAZING JOB! I love you!

Not one, but two updates within a week's time! A girl could get spoiled of you don't watch it! ;D
But really, that last chapter...poor Seram! He's gained a little edge to him after being cooped up alone for so long. I like that he's gained a little bite though...it shows that he actually is upset by the lack of love he has received. :( -poor baby.
And n'dal! Gah! Such a well written...villain? Antagonist? Idk, but I love it. He's got such lovely little quirks, doesn't he? He sounds dastardly devious and yet purely unadulterated in meeting his goals with agonizing force if need be...Oooh, it seriously gives me shivers. I love characters like that.
