Oh god, this story seems so promising! I AM INSPIRED! :D Very impressed with the work so far, going to start writing another chapter on my story Shards! I never felt like this when writing horror/gothics before!

Wow...I really thought it was something to do with the husband but...again wow. This may not be the case with everyone in the world but I like it-specifically the way you directed the readers attention from the cake
