I quite like this story. I think you have set it up well and hot the tone of the characters right. Would be nice to know a bit more about sal though he better work for forgiveness, I'm quite happy thinking him a jerk for the moment. Don't let the kids in to full-time daycare at the age of 2 though please!

I think the girls use bigger words than their own age, maybe if they were 3 it'll be acceptable. Otherwise I like this chapter and I can't wait to see what Sal reaction will be or even her ex supposed best friend.
By the way, why Vivi act like that with the fake blond of her friend?

I like this story a lot. She's so young though...I can't wait to see how it plays out. I loved the ending of chapter 2 when he finally realizes who she is.

I didn't any other story that's why I can't do the comparison. This is a good story but I think it'll be best if she was older like in her senior year in hight school and after she finished college she returned. But this is only what I think, I still found it a good beginning.
