I would just let it fester and procrastinate and never get it done ;A; I wouldn't want to hurt Lawson's feeling oh gosh. OH. MY. GOD.
SIX BOOKS. I HAVE WAITED FOR THIS MOMENT FOR SIX BOOKS. ANd it was wonderful sfhdjfdjhfjd I'm sobbing rn this is awful ofh fgf. This whole chapter was brilliant and I was smiling like an idiot the entire time because of THESE two idiots. The thing with Garrett (and OH MY GOD I DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE that's Sage's Garrett!) made me laugh so hard because Phinn and Elena are such goofs. You probably wouldn't want them ganging up on you about something haha. I vaguely remembering them both getting excited over something in an earlier book and being dumb together, but I can't remember what is was rughjf. But AHHH. ARE THEY DATING? ARE THEY CANON NOW?
I'm so happy it's ridiculous ahjdhfd. I adored Phinn's "i can't change for you" thing for some reason. Really, because a lot of romance these days is a girl wanting to change a bad boy to someone with a good heart. I think Phinn has a good heart, and like Elena said, he doesn't need to change for HER, he needs to grow up from himself. Act like a reasonable adult, and that's awesome. Because I think liking someone because you want them to change is kind of lame actually. Elena likes Phinn of who he really is, and not when he's defensive and angry and stuff. Blah blah blaaah rambling.
Hmmm what is Lawson's reaction going to be to this? What about everyone else? This is nuts tbh I never thought this would actually happen between them holy crap. And I think Elena's right when she said this was dangerous territory, because I have a bad feeling Elena might be used against Phinn in the future. I mean... if Hunt can't get to Anya then Elena is the next best thing, right? And that troubles me. Elena has never been a straight up victim to Hunt's attacks, but if he finds out about this, or he suspects something then some serious shit could go down.

Obhjhjh I loved loved loved this one. Very nice. Olivier is quickly winning me over haha. I love how she's just rolling with everything like it's nothing. I hope she sticks around longer than Madeline did. Elena and her seem like good friends already. Anyway, the new guys are pretty cool. Garrett is adorable, and I had to laugh at who they stuck him with to escort omg. Poor guy. Clinton is a douche basically ew. And Irving is the serious one, I see.
Also, Lawson seems to be coming back to his old self? I loved his little threats to Clinton. Reminds me of Lawson's personality before his accident. That line about getting rid of Clinton when he was king made me smile haha. And him and Phinn were so genial towards each other :O I wonder what that's all about? And speaking of Phinn, how much do you wanna bet he forgot most of that conversation he had with Elena? Sigh. It would be pretty interesting to see that happen.
But I'm excited to see the meeting!

Man I can't believe it's only been a month in canon though? It feels much longer haha. Probably because you've been writing this for so long. I know Turner is doing badly right now, but this Intervention thing sounds real risky, and I'm nervous about the outcome. I want everyone to be normal again, but I'm pretty used to things going wrong at this point in the series. Urghh. And I still don't trust this Wood guy! I know I've said it before, but I'll continue saying it until he proves himself to be Not Bad. I don't know, something about the way he was calling Hayden "Lord" and stuff just rubbed me the wrong way. My loyalties will always lie with Hayden, so there's that bias as well. Hmm I just want everything to be okay for Turner because I luff him a lot.

BEST CHAPTER OH MY GOD CURRENTLY LOSING MY MIND OVER THESE DUMB IDIOTS AND THEIR FEELINGS UGHHHH. Oh shit. oh ym ..
Okay now that that's out of the way... I apologize for my caps lock abuse, but omg what a chapter. I was waiting really patiently for this one, and it did NOT disappoint me at all. In fact, it sort of jumped over my expectations, and I'm so jittery right now because AHHHH. ELENA. You silly dumb idiot omg I love you. I wish I knew you so I could girl talk it up. I think Elena needs a lady friend to talk to and get advice from becaus girl that is a choice way to admit your feelings for someone haha.
Let's back up. Damn Phinn, you are taking the moral high road on this one, and I'm a bit proud? I totally understand his reasons for not going for it. There was that whole thing in Mist where he told her she should marry Lawson because he'd never cheat on her, and I had a feeling he was talking about Anya. And AHH. When Elena said that omg. I just about lost it. I feel like all of the books start out with Phinn and Elena having an awkward confrontation lol. They are probably the most awkward idiots on the planet, and god I love them for it. (Also I was crying in the begin when she was making his bed for him like omfg stop being so domestic).
I'm on the edge right now WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN WITH THEM? Like Phinn know now. Hopefully he doesn't forget about it. No no no that would be way too convenient for Elena. Also holy crap what about Anya? I hope she's okay? BEST CHAPTER AHHHDHFHDJHFJDS. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO. BLESS BLESS.

Ahdhhhgf why'd you have to leave it off there ohmygod. It's going to be so painful waiting for the next chapter UGHHH. But I'm glad to see everyone again (for the most part). I'm interested to see if Ryder goes through some character development in this book, since she's been MIA for a while, and her selfish personality is starting to shine through more. I'd like to see her have a similar arc to Cole's maybe? His cd was done wonderfully, and I went from disliking him to falling IN love with him.
Sage is probably gonna go through some stuff this book too? That's what I'm getting anyway. She did seem like a totally different person, and it's cool/weird/interesting. And COLE AHH. My darling. He's so cute, I just want to hug his dumb face. What a dork. I love how Lawson was handcuffed to the bed as well. Too funny. The Elena/Law drama is palpable, even I was feeling it, and I'm anxious about the whole thing, to be honest. And little Turner ahhhhhh. You poor thing.
BUT NOW I'm excited to see this five minutes between Phinn and Elena omgdfg. I have no idea what's about to happen, and it's like waiting for Christmas. I'm pretty sure they are OTP status at this point. Ughh shipping them is so wrong, but I can't help myself. ;A; Can't wait for the next chapter!

Oh god Elena you're feeling what I'm feeling about Wood, aren't you? No, Elena! Don't turn into me ;A; I doubt everyone, as you can tell from the last three reviews I've left haha. Psst still don't trust him. But I'll shut up about it. Anyway, awww that meeting with Steinorth's family really broke my heart. That's so awful that his kids won't know him at all. Ughghgh. But it was nice of Elena to donate her future sons to Chaste Beauty Science haha. That's one aspect of the world I'm particularly curious about. I don't know if we'll ever get to see Elena have kids (time skip anyone?), but I do hope Steinorth Sr.'s research is taken more seriously and looked into. Maybe I'm interested in it because it's like a psychological experiment? Sort of like a case study, but not really, and those things interest me a lot.
ANYWAY. Yes let me see my Sons, I miss them a lot. I want to see how crabby they are. Also I hope their wounds and injuries will all be fixed up because geesh. Those dorks are always getting into some nonsense mess. Ughhhh.

YES! New book! WOO! Super excited! And I noticed you changed the humor genre to drama (oh my!). Well the Sons so come with a lot of baggage, as Elena wonderfully explained to our new Chaste Beauty. I like her a lot. Her surname sure is optimistic too! I hope her and Elena can be good friends. I can see a lot of potential in Olivier :)
Speaking of new characters... I STILL don't trust this Wood guy. There's just something about him. Ehhh he's probably super nice, but Steinorth must have had a reason for not wanting him to be promoted. I feel like we're not getting the whole story? Perhaps his fresh-faced nice guy thing is the reason? And if he's not ready for the job, then something is bound to go wrong... Oh geesh. I'm excited regardless!
