Nice oneshot - I absolutely loved the setting! For some reason it reminded of the sort of world that Jim Hawkins is from in the Disney movie Treasure Planet (not to be confused with Treasure Island!). I can see this going further, but it also worked well as a standalone, I thought :D

I think that this story is pretty good. I like the storyline and I like the characters. I have such a weak spot for alphas such as Emery and I like the character Rainer; he actually has a backbone and is not some insecure little bottom.
I would like to see where this story is going and I hope you will uptade.

The end was probably my favorite part of this. I particularly loved the last line, really. It's a very good ending to this, and I couldn't help but smile at the closing line. Some of this piece felt a bit rushed, but it was overall a pretty good beginning piece.
