Ooh this chapter is all about breaking boundaries and letting inner thoughts out! Someone somewhere once said that when it comes to romances treading on thin ice, the first person to fall in love gets hurt first and "loses" the most. Fletch seems to be in tune to his emotions much more than stubborn Lara is, but he seems to be the type who would say everything, let all truths be known, and let Lara decide the next step. We're also at the turning stages of their relationship! Wow , it'll definitely be different from here on out...so I'm now even more excited to read what's yet to come!

Oh wow, that was steamy! I'm sorry I didn't review the last chapter... I did read it but then didn't have time to review. I loved Lara's vulnerability in these past two chapters and how she let Fletch see her like that. I really hope that she doesn't go back to being all cold with him, but I have a feeling it's inevitable...

this story is amazing (as all your stories are). i love the suspense that you brought us through with lara and fletch's relationship. and the previous chapter was the mother of all chapters - the theory of the traffic light was absolutely beautiful/stunning in its simplicity and meaning. the sentence that really caught me was the pushing of the button of the light being more familiar to lara than the embrace of her mother. how intensely sad that a broken family leads to lara's loneliness and neglect. and it all makes sense, why she was so fixated on Fletch previously and the amount of attraction she has to him. because he really sees her for who she is and she is craving for that tiny bit of affection and correctly placed attention.
it is massively difficult to come down from the incredible climax of the story to write the next chapter.. you did set yourself up for a really hard time! their foreplay was nicely written, but a tad uncomfortable because their relationship has changed to the stage where lara is vulnerable and i find the 'new' lara a little hard to adjust to and bit awkward. fletch is too perfect, he needs a bit more flaws - all his bad aspects are from lara's biased POV but with a true show of his weakness/poor character, i think he will become so much more real.
having said all that, you're the best writer ever :) keep writing, you make hundreds/thousands of people happy through your literary talent!

Hi. It's lil' old me again. :))
Hot damn, this chapter was way too hot... and sweet. Actually, it was really sweet. And god, when Lara started cleaning Fletch's bathroom, I was totally hit with nostalgic Rox waves. But let's get back to the main couple. Yeah, so that was a gorgeously written love scene (yes, LOVE SCENE MWAHAHAHAHA), but what really hit me was that although Lara'd consented and they had their sweet time together, in the end, Fletch still kind of doubted her, as if she would and could never consider anything more from him other than sex. I guess she hasn't exactly given him reasons to think otherwise, but what with all the soul-bearing and intimate touching going on these past two chapters, I have to say that Lara's on her way there.
Perhaps I'm just really protective of Lara (haha), but I wanted to scream in frustration with Daz's attitude, though I don't really blame him since he's just looking out for his mate. But yeah, I agree with Jai: leave them to it, Daz!
Aaaanyway. Yeah, that's my two cents. Thank you for being awesome. Cheers! :)

What an exciting chapter! Holy crapsicles they're so in love with each other... I totally get Daz's point, though - Lara is a bit effed up, and might not be able to commit... I hope thats not the case! Can't wait for the next chapter. Happy writing!

Ugh it's taken me so long to catch up on this story and of course I do so only to read such a frustrating chapter between Daz and Fletch! I definitely wanted him to go finish it, but I think I'm mostly just protective of Lara, especially all that's she's revealed to Fletch so recently; it's hard for her to talk so openly. Looking forward to what comes next, as usual, keep up the great work. (:

It feels as if she still doesn feel that she deserves love! She needs to come to terms that se ist to blame and i think that Fletch is just what she needs to feel healed.
And Im sad that she has nevr had an orgasm before fletch. how was it then when they had sex before? or was it her first being "went down on"? eitherway, about time she got some super orgasms.

As far as action and reaction went, this sure as hell beat a damn pedestrian light. - This one is great. So well tied in with the whole story, and well written :)
"Mate, serious question, did you get up in the middle of the night and clean the-?" - Favorite part. I love Daz. Just imagining his thought process on this makes my day.
And this part is exactly like something I would say: "I'm saying don't get your hopes up that she's going to offer you something I don't think she has it in her to give, alright?"
I'm pretty sure I did say that at one point or another haha, with that exact wording, and that's exactly how I think it sometimes works. People just don't have it in them, sometimes, so I love this too.
All in all, great chapter. I don't quite have the time for a comprehensive review, but I definitely enjoyed it.

I don't think I've reviewed this story yet, but I've definitely been following it. I've fallen in love with the characters you've created! You are a fantastic writer and I'm really excited to see what happens with Saskia, and Lara and Fletch's relationship. I don't know how to feel about Lara's good deeds, yet. So is she doing these good deeds because she wants to feel better about herself? Or is it a need to be accepted? I don't think I understand her reasoning. But that makes the story so much better because I can't quite figure it out. Great story!
