Hi, it’s Juliet. I'd like to congratulate you on winning first place for this prompt in Round VI of Star-Cross'd! This particular prompt had quite the number of entries, so winning is quite a feat.
I think this one-shot is vastly underrated. I find it hard to believe that you only have one review for this masterpiece of a one shot. I fell in love with the format (going back and forth between POVs). Using third person was a wonderful touch— and the ending, oh my god. I teared up at the end (I don’t know if I’m extra emotional these days because of stress or something), but I thought this was the most perfect ending available. It wasn’t predictable either. I thought that you would leave the reader wondering where their relationship went, so it caught me offguard in the loveliest ways. I really hope you participate again next round.
