I can definitely relate to this! Reminds me of a story about an elderly woman who suddenly began to dance in an old pub somewhere in Ireland. After years and years of silent suffering, her Heart was finally uncaged, a wild and untamed power now vibrating through her whole essence. Her turns and twists entranced the whole place and everyone knew something sacred was happening before their eyes. This story always moved me deeply and your poem reminded me of that. Thank you for your wonderful write. Another favorite!

I've felt this before, so many times. I usually go out when it's dark, so as not to embarass myself, and dance to my hearts content. I love the phrase "vibrating my heart".

wow i really like this. i think it was good that it was shorter the closing lines are astounding,
