A lot of interesting things turned out from this chapter. Tajara brings fourth the problems but leaves them vague enough to still cause more questions to rise from them. This story is definitely holding my interest and it's probably one of the best animal stories I've read here on Fictionpress.

Man, Tajara is cold as ice, but I also find him interesting because of that. I really want to know more about why he is the way that he is and why he's grown so cold. I also wonder if that little legend about him is true or not.

So far, I like the way that this started off. Zahra is a great character and really developed, as is her pride. I love where this is going and I'm really interested to see how Zahra and Tajara interact with each other. This ought to be fun.

I thought that you abandon this story, and when I came to read my weekly chapter of Defy and Comply, I saw this story and I screamed. I missed reading it so much and I always found it unique among your works because of your use of animal characters opposed to humans. This chapter was well-planned and it was completely unexpected. Love how Zahra is going to have to deal with the bloodstained past of her parents. I look forward to your next chapter!

Tajara becomes a more tolerable character now that he's lost some of his mystery. He's realistic and his reasonings for what he does might not be right, but they are his. I have to say that I really have come to like him a lot. Zahra has a lot to take in. I wonder how she's going to react to Tajara when she comes back and what kind of revelations she's going to make.

I didn't think that this would ever be updated. I actually thought you had given up on it but it's nice to see that you haven't. I enjoy reading this and I love the render of the lions. It's a story of trust and betrayal, and it's just fantastic.
