A simplistic telling, but that goes along nicely with the emotional detachment the character has from what happened to her. You have some very strong ideas in here, that don't just relate to rape victims, but also people who have experienced any hardship at the hands of another. There were a lot of thoughtful ideas circulating this piece, it's a pity you were unable to enter it!
