Number one, GO WOOD! Of course I'm glad that he didn't go through with it, especially after all he'd been through and finally finding out he was innocent. And the first thing you better do Hayden is get that antidote from Hunt. And Hunt, I'm glad that hes finally been caught, but I know better than to get too comfortable, and again I love Elena and Phinns little moments, I didn't forget about that almost proposal! I cant wait to see the rest pf the Sons, I know they must've been really worried about Elena, and Phinn maybe...

Wow cuties. All of them. I'm so happy Wood knows he's innocent. Poor guy. He's been through a lot. You put your characters through such turmoil! I was also so sad when Steinorth showed up! Or the servant anyway. That guy was so badass. Damn. And woah woah WOAH so Natalie was retired by Jasper, huh? I need to know that full story, but knowing Jasper's surly attitude and love of privacy we won't be getting those juicy deets from him. Hopefully Natalie can show up again so Elena can prod her for information. One of my favorite things about Elena is her nosiness! But I so wonder how that union came to be haha. I can't imagine Jasper in that sort of situation. He's such a jerk! But maybe we'll be learning more about him soon. And poor Winter haha. This group is really cute. I love all of them (I'm even warming up to Jasper! Though not by much haha. Please Natalie, let me know what you see in him).

I am such a girl. Ridiculous. I am over here giggling like a lunatic I JUST. You have a talent. Usually couples get a bit stale once they've finally gotten together, yet Phinn and Elena still have the potential to be something greater, and they've still maintained the same that's been prevalent between them the entire series. I think their relationship is so wonderfully written and developed, it's one of my favorite things. That acknowledgement that Phinn has done really bad things in his past, but he can accept that and grow and change into an adult. And Elena's acceptance of him is so just arhghhh. When he said he loved her back then and how he couldn't remember what it was like before her I was just melting. Goddammit Phinn you are not allowed to be that sweet.
And his sweetness always seems to come at odd times haha. Just like Elena realizing she had feelings for him when he was throwing up all over the place. Their relationship is very grounded and real, and I think it's nice to have something like that in the middle of all of the chaos. I hope they can make it through, and they can get married haha. I would like to see that happen. I really want them to be happy because they deserve it.

I'm so happy he's back, but now I'm worried about Clinton and Irving and Smith too, cause I'm pretty sure she was going to retire:( And Irving just got blessed too. I love them. And I was amazed that their "escape plan" sort of worked out in the end. Thanks to... HAYDEN! Oh my gosh! This is the best news in a long time. Dang! I am so happy he's okay again! I guess those twins must have blessed him (or Clinton? Someone had to). Let's hope they can get away before Hunt realizes something has gone amiss.

I literally cannot contain myself right now. They are seriously the cutest things in the world no contest. Phinn doesn't even have to propose since they've been acting married since like book four lol. But really. I'm happy that Elena can be with him in this really bad situation since he seems to calm her down a lot. And I was also thinking that Wood was being communicated with? That would be GREAT! I do wish he could speak and hear or something since I can imagine how difficult it is for Wood and for Elena and Phinn to communicate with each other. It's a good thing they've decided to stay put since Wood would be a huge hindrance in their escape. :) :) This was a nice chapter after the utter devastation of chapter 15.

Whhhhhaaaat? Royce are you actually an... okay guy? I mean, he basically mentally skewered Phinn all over the place, but he's being pretty lenient as far as imprisonment goes. If I were the three of them, I would just stay put until a rescue team came. But that's me. I have no idea if anyone will get the idea to escape. But it wouldn't be a good idea. Royce is letting them all walk about freely in a nice room, and I think that's pretty okay of him...? Weird. And Hunt doesn't need Elena alive anymore, but she's still around. And I guess her new job is to make sure the boys are well taken care of seeing that Royce is doing a shit job of it. Hmmm. It'll be interesting to see what happens from now.
