Great chapter, Piper is absolutely awesome and I love her sass and ability to handle herself. The interactions between her and Damien are so entertaining and I just want more.
I commend you for typing this up on an iPad! That sounds so time-consuming. I noticed a few typos where auto-correct was obviously to blame! :
-"It was petty hard..." instead "pretty hard".
-The sentence starting with "Say things that made it sound...", 'fir' is written instead of 'for'.
-The quote starting with, "Maddox, you're back", has no close quotations.
- The sentence starting with, "She got a few points," is a bit jumbled up with a random period in there.
- "dearly be-hated cell ate"
- A jumbled sentence - "He should have known it was jus. A matter of time..."
- Once, Habermann is spelled "Haber, am"
- "...a field say" instead of a field day.
- Once Piper is spelled Pioer.

Wow, okay. This story is like the most awesome thing. I LOVE your writing. It's effortless and natural and that's so rare to find on Fictionpress. Even though you're writing in third person, you still manage to develop your main characters thoroughly through narration. I cannot wait for more of this!

Loving this story. It's a nice change of pace from all the highschool/college romances out there! Can't wait to see what happens!
I just wanted to point out something I noticed from this chapter. When Piper first meets Habermann he calls her Piper, but at the end of their conversation he says that he never got her name.

So...I absolutely love this and I am already so invested in the characters. The plot is fantastic, too. For whatever reason, I am a huge fan of stories/shows/movies based in prison! Keep up the amazing work and update soon :)

I'm not sure if I'll figure this out in the next chapter, but I think I may have missed the description of the characters. I'm not really sure what Piper looks like, does she have brown hair, blonde hair, or black hair, and what color are her eyes? Just some physical traits for both characters is what I need to know. Overall this was another amazing chapter!

I absolutely love this chapter, and the beginning of this story is so enticing from the very first paragraph. The two main protagonists seem very fleshed out like they're real people, but I want to know them more which keeps me intrigued. I can't wait to see what Piper has planned, and I love Damian's reaction to Piper's independent role of the leader. These two outta be a treat to watch, and there are various humorous points in the chapter that made me laugh. I adore this fiction, update soon!

This story is 1. REALLY well written, I literally love the banter that Piper and Damian had at the beginning, and 2. Really interesting. And that' just after the first chapter. please keep it up, this is great!
