Omg. I want to see that happen. I bet it was hilarious. I didn't think anyone actually celebrated Samhain. I thought is was all too ancient now and people just accepted Halloween instead. Cool. Very interesting. This was beautiful. Felt like I've been missing something and this was it. Ian and Will are so wonderful and yet annoying. I can’t get enough. Will is facing himself. They are just too cute. I can't wait. I can't. Well technically I did but no more. I want more. I'll probably end of reading it again. Your story is one I continue to go back to the beginning and read because I love it. Ian, will. Oh and I love how the editor just completely left out how she thinks he's gay and is putti ng it in a magazine for anyone to read. I do hope that his finance reads it and breaks off the engagement. I know Will loves her and and I really thinks he does but I just thinks he's comfortable and he was willing to just settle but I want him to be happy with Ian. Please, senpai please. So cute. It's so complex and fleshed out and just all these things that I cannot put into better words. I'm really happy you updated again! :) And now with that little flashback, we now know a lot more of what went on after their Vegas wedding. How sad that Will never considered himself good enough. Of course even with all these years apart to grow, Will is still afraid. You can do it Will! Take the next step, tell Marin it's over and you wish her the best (she will move on because she is a strong confident beautiful woman), and chase Ian!

i love this soooo much! I was so shocked to see there was still great stories here on this website. You've given me hope. This story, these characters (main and side) are all so well thought out. I love reading about Will and Ian, both in the past and the present. I just love the chemistry between them, I just wish Will would admit to himself that Ian's what he needs. Poor Ian. I'm glad he's decided to fight instead of just let what he wants pass him by again.
Hope Will comes to his senses and realizes he doesn't want to live a lie! I'll be waiting and checking avidly for updates!

I absolutely love this story, but i found this chapter went into realms of unbelievability. A BDSM class/workshop? It just didn't fit the story somehow.
I suppose i have become disinterested in literature that mainstreams that kind of sexual expression because of the emphasis on control. It's just such an artificial construct. Way too many rules. So contrived. Really, it's just grown ups playing dress ups and pretending it means something deeper.
Anyway, as someone who is more interested in characters, the BDSM thing here was something like a bizzare and boring (sorry) dream sequence. Felt like a filler chapter. What a shame.

I loved this. The tension in this was absolutely wonderful. I can't wait for it to fuckin blow. Man I feel this whole sedated wonderful feeling thanks to this chapter. I could fall asleep now, but because it was boring or anything just really really peaceful and sweet. Damn i can't wait until Ian has Will all nice and cornered and finally makes him realize that yeah he fuckin wants this and he wants it bad. Yeah thanks update soon. Gonna go try to wake up some how thankssssssssssssssssssssss. Oh and enjoy those weddings your buddies fucking deserved it. And I get what you mean a lot of shit has just been exploding lately. That said.. So much I want to say.
First, Rosie. Thank you for being able to read the boys better than they can read one another. I love how she was able to tell that Ian was the one Will was fantisizing about with the dildo.
Second, Agnes being Will's ex and a pragmatist... I would have liked to see the three of them interact during college.
And Esme, wow. Ian probably didn't want to know 90% of that but I thought it was entertaining. You go girl!
Ethiopian food- I haven't had much of it, only what my coworkers have cooked, but it is yum.
Lastly, yes. I think the intro BDSM class was enough to water the seed planted in Will.. Trust in Ian please! The two of them dancing around one another..so frustrating. UST to the max.

Oh my dear goodness! How could you do this to me!? I found this the other day and I essentially read it all in 3 days and I was almost late to work twice trying to read the damn thing lol. It's so damn good! I absolutely adore everything about it! The characters are genuine and sexy and so made for each other and they can't even see it! You all are fools! ...also I am so down for this clandestine affair happening between Esme and I'M TOTALLY SURE KARINA LIKE HEY HELLO.
So precious! I adore every single character and even though I totally wish Marin would just go away, I actually do like her and her friends are hilarious and remind me of me and my friends lol. THOSE DRAG QUEENS THOUGH, YAS. THEY WERE GIVING ME LIFE. Such great chemistry all throughout this story, I can't get enough of how hilarious everyone is! I was openly laughing a great deal of the time! Your writing is so affecting! Especially those sexy sexy scenes that are way too few and far between!
You are crazy if you think your writing is "babbling" or "pedantic". NO. It is perfect and wonderful and so realistic! There are super descriptive paragraphs here and there that could be lightened up a little because I tend to speed read through those and then have to stop and go back and try to understand them (reading for 6 hours straight will do that to you), but every single bit is worthy of praise! I absolutely love everything about this story and it's so hard to find a good one where the characters are over 30 and actually established as human beings within their careers and lives! Most m/m fics are like "WE'RE TEENAGERS IN HS!" or "WE'RE BROS IN COLLEGE!" or "WE JUST GRADUATED COLLEGE AND DUNNO WHAT WE'RE DOING!" ...which I still totally love, but damn I can appreciate a sexy 30-40 something finding themselves in a whole new way.
So much irony in this story for me! I'm a twin with a boy and I have a friend named Ian with a female German Shepard and I was totally the token ethnic kid growing up. Such a relatable story and I can't get over how sexy Will and Ian are and I wish they would just voice their soul-deep sexual attraction to one another. That bondage scene had me losing my shit.
Okay I'm done writing a short story now. I about died when I was reading and thought I was done at chapter 19 and then refreshed and chapter 20 popped up. This story was everything I needed and wanted and I can't wait for more! Keep it going! I adore it and I wish you had more stories for me to read while I waited for this one to update! You're wonderful! Don't give up and believe in yourself because you are churning out gold over here. GOLD, I SAY! Take all of my love!

The wait in between chapters is sometimes arduously long but worth it. Okay, yes, there is some detailed rambling, and a lot of pop culture references i don't really understand either because I'm a few years too young or I was not raised on purely American culture, but the characters are precious and the interactions feel real. I look forward to the next chapter when you get to it!
