I'm not great with interpreting things, but I'll give it a try. I'm assuming this entire piece is a metaphor for abusive love, but because you posted this in spiritual, you might be expressing your views on religion. The love (or religion) is the piece of debris you're hanging onto and the forces are the doubts of whether or not you should stay in the relationship (or stick to your beliefs).
How close was I to your meaning?

This was intriguing. I really loved the imagery. The amber colors and molasses painted a great picture. Great work!

Hello! I'm not really sure it's meaning, but it is enjoyable to read. :) Good job on this.

This has a really poetic quality to it that it quite dreamlike. Would you ever consider turning this piece into a poem? Love your profile picture by the way ;)

Great job! I love the descriptions you create, and the emotions and story you're telling.

No Idea.
I'm going to go with what she said; Love.
Makes sense.

Love. The more one reaches out to grab the farther they fall. Until they learn just to float and give back. Then they can hold on and let it pull them to safety. Have you ever thought of writing poetry?
