It's a little "cookie-cutter" as far as the sex-change trope goes, like you mentioned - one complaint in particular is that I always thought it unlikely that a guy would find himself subconsciously attracted to a girl disguised as a boy - but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and hopefully things get more interesting from here! Other than that, I find the story very well done in terms of writing style and grammar and such.
