Congrats on a terrific story that I thoroughly enjoyed reading! I was kind of expecting Kyle to accidentally get turned into a meta human accidentally and have to deal with the new responsibilities, but more credit to you for maintaining the dynamic of their relationship - Kyle supporting Lane in his heroic endeavours. But maybe that's an idea for a sequel ;)

Yay relatively happy ending.. Though Kyle's mom definitely surprised me. I'm glad that they're going to embark on their next journey in life together. Thanks for sharing this story! :)

Wow, that was the perfect end to such an amazing story, I loved every second of it! (Except for Annie dying obviously) I can't believe it's over, but I would definitely love either a sequel, or just one-shots, I'm mostly interested in Cedric expressing emotion. I was fascinated when he was "with" Phillip because I couldn't help myself trying to imagine him having sex, like making those facial expressions... I couldn't even picture it haha because until then I had actually thought he was asexual lol! Anyway, a one-shot with him expressing some form of emotion would be cool :)

Aww, I love that Kyle came up with the change to Annie's memorial, it definitely suited her more, and besides it means they can remember her for the good things, and celebrate the time she lived, not just think about the time she didn't get to have :)

I can't believe it's over but damn if that wasn't a good story. The ending was great, the plot was great, the characters were amazing. All in all it was a well thought out story. I'm glad I stuck around and was able to enjoy the ride

Just a few ideas if you do do a sequel, I'd like to see a villian that's not just a villian, someone whos goal isnt to just to rule the world, and actually shakes up Lane's life and morals and such. Or maybe a villian lane put away awhile ago is living in the city they go to, becomes friends with Kyle, and some shit happens, lane blames ex-villian ect? I really love these characters of yours I'd probably be happy with a sequel of their perfectly normal life after this with no major twists lol
