Yay! I'm so glad you're back! -crying!- when I saw your last post I was SO SAD, you have no idea! But I have been steadily re-reading and I have A LOT of plans, but I want to edit and try to 'upgrade' my work, so please, stay tuned! ;D

I guess this is it for the story? Either way, this remains my favourite story on Fictionpress. if it were a book, I'd have worn out the pages from rereading the chapters so often. Great characters (Lily, Sparkles, Shade, Jet, etc), entertainment in every paragraph and a Monty Python killer bunny mention. What more could a reader ask for? Anyway, thank you very much for sharing this story.

Hello again. I just wanted to say that, when you update, I haven't forgotten about your story. I'm just stepping away from FanFiction for a while. I don't know for how long, maybe for good; but I find the romance stories rather addicting and have to step away from it. I really like your story and am particularly interested in the grey/neutral area. Not many people explore it and so deeply, or reason with bad guys like they would any other person and try to help them.
Anywho, I'm not sure what kind of mission you're on (army/navy/religious), but I hope you return safely.
You have a unique way of seeing things and are gifted to be able to translate that into a story.

ry after my Mission (Religious Proselytizing for Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), which will be for a year and a half. Once I return, I plan to continue this book :D so please be patient and stay tuned ;)
Green Feathers: Thank you so much! :D I'm truly flattered by your words, XD they made my day! What do you mean by patches? I'd love to learn more about what I do right and what I do wrong, since I am a budding writer, and could also learn more about such things :) Thank you, character to me is the most important thing any story. People aren't boring, no matter how you look at it, so neither should fictional characters. And I love my slipper-throwing citizen, thank you xD
I definitely felt that anyone in that situation, especially not knowing anything for THEMSELVES about their powers, would be frightened to have another 'experimenting' with them too. Lily is very cautious, due to her past of being on her own a lot, so I took that into consideration. (I would be scared too, there's that XD she was just taken out of her environment into a new one, it's all foreign to her, so I don't blame her mistrust.) The net? Or the grid? I'll try and explain it next time, but if I forget or something, it's based on technology from other 'Super' researchers, that have identified the majority of how to successfully block, absorb and disperse, or defend against supernatural abilities :3 Oh tech-geeks lol! There super in their own ways. Thanks for the read! :D I hope you stick around to read more, and thank you so much again for the review! I appreciate it ;)

Jet, errr, Aldin turns out to be far more decent that what at least I had come to see him as. Earlier I had thought him to be an arrogant flirt who didn't understand personal boundaries. And as with earlier, he's blinded by only seeing things as Right Or Wrong - which Lily does not agree with - and is operating only within this view. Yet here I found him to much more likable and came to understand him. I'm glad you put size a large part of this chapter in his point of view. Yet I'm glad to be returned to Lily's PoV at the end. She remains true to herself and her view: White/Gray/Black. However I dunno if she's going to be able to succeed. She may easily be whisked away and not be able to do anything about it. :worries:

This story is a rush from start to finish. At the end of the previous chapter I figured our heroine would be making a quick escape and diving into things renewed. But noooo, this chapter delivers a nail-biting REALLY SCARY slide that doesn't end until the last little bit - wherein we're dumped into yet another mystery. Kudos to the way you give us Sparkles throughout. Da bunny has a big beautiful heart, it turns out, and is in No Way leaving behind her Lilly. Yay Sparkles! Shade and his minions won this round, but wow Sparkles Lilly will be one unstoppable pair, you can see it coming. As for Aldin.. he better indeed be "Abu! Freind!" (Brilliant chapter title, btw.)

Gack! Even reading this a second time, I end up panicked by the end. Peirce, allied with Shade, is Lilly's worst nightmare - but I worry too about what might be next in store for her.
Great traversal of adventures in this on Chapter. We go through three different stages, each a rising adventure, and end up smack in the middle of a dire predicament without much warning that things would turn so nasty. Just when it looks like she's getting a good bearing on what's really going on, things end up in a jam. And then you masterfully leave us poor Readers at a real cliffhanger moment? - gahh! :D

Lilly continues to feel very real - the kind of person you'd like as a friend. She's got a genuine honesty and an interest well beyond looking after herself. The talks on the train with the little boy and then the guy with the recorder and so on show this off.
Good chapter title, btw. In the first part of this story we've met Lilly and Sparkles, gotten used to this world you've envisioned and then come to grips with the *amazing* talent the two of them, combined, can create. So with that figured out, we come into this new situation - and I'm so curious to see where you are going to take this! And so, yes, this like the start of the second part of your story.
Got my bells on and waiting for the next piece! Happy writing :D

Very interesting! And I can empathize with the character a bit. Chemistry is also my nemesis. I hate dealing with significant digits. Keep up the good work!
