The typical over-prostective sort of dad that looks over his daughter's boyfriend like a food critic. I like him, that Akeera's dad.
And of Akeera's chance of getting to HQ with Grove in tow... It's got to be interesting, or maybe really annoying.
Akeera again. Reason why? I've stated it before, but won't bother doing so again.
As what will happen from here? Allen might get pumped with information, that much I can ascertain, from the look on Dustcatcher's face.

Aw, Allen's getting his first interrogation. An important landmark in any relationship. Question time!
1: He's pretty cool.
2: Yes.
3: Still Allen.
4: Let's see...following your usual pattern, something goes horribly wrong, and Akeera gets captured, interrogated, and someone has to save her. At what point in time, I couldn't say. Probably before she meets with her dad going by the "as cruel as possible to characters" rule. Other than that, UN intervention (finally), Allen and Akeera start dating, meet up with Wren and Joe, and they settle down into one big happy family once Iran, Russia, and North Korea are nuclear wastelands (okay, figuratively, not literally).
