Awe... This was sweet. Also, hot. There were no training wheels indeed. Your style is quite fluid, the flow even and solid.

So, I can't really comment on the story, since I haven't read book 2 of this series. the only problem I have with it is Kaitlyn committing fellatio on him while he was practically comatose. he was technically aware, approved of it and Kaitlyn realised it wasn't something she should be doing, but it's still kinda gross.
The writing is good. I didn't see any typos, and the sex scene was well-described.
Overall it's a good one-shot story.

Okay, so a rather young nurse starts molesting a patient due to some supernatural effects, touching off the bulk of this story. It becomes more sinister when you consider magic could essentially be worse than a date rape drug, especially the kind presented here. I understand many of these supernatural romance stories are the equivalent of porn fantasies, but there's often a lack of characterization, consistency regarding the rules of the supernatural, and unfortunate implications within. Some of the writing could have been better (particularly the scenery descriptions). Besides, what kind of clinic or patient in a coma doesn't have a remote observation or telemetry system on them? Certain biosignals would be re-aroused (no pun intended) when he became conscious again. Sorry, but not quite my type of story.

Your writing never fails to entertain and excite me. They are some of the best sex scenes on this site, not to mention that such well crafted stories that keep me hanging on until the last word.

A cold shower is definitely in order after reading this incredibly steamy little tale ;) Whoa!
Really though, you capture raw sensuality and burning need so well through your writing.
I must say that I really like the notion of your characters finding and desiring their 'Mate', and the intensity that being 'mated' brings to the bonds of their relationships, as well as the ways being 'mated' affects different aspects of the couples paired together.
As a gap-filler, this tale did well to establish the eight weeks following Eternal Possession. Not only did this short story develop the characters of Raif and Kaitlyn further, but it cast a light on the setback of not being able to use Morgan's grimoire for much of anything at this point. Brilliant method of hindrance by the way with the language spell.
This tale also offered an intriguing glimpse of what it means to be a Wyvern, and also what it means to be from Fey. I'm so glad Kaitlyn accepted Raif's proposal, and her thoughts of everything she'd have to give up to live in the realm of Fey were very grounding. I hope she can take the cat :)
I'm pretty sure though that Richard is going to be none too pleased about her decision, especially in light of the fact she has become the Mate of a supernatural being. Great story, and once again masterfully written. Bravo!
