Just In
for Disney

I think boys do have unrealistic expectations to live up to, but the thing with society, is that it tells boys that its not okay to be "girly" and have insecurities, so a lot of males don't talk about how they're affected by these things.
But boys do develop eating disorders, society just tries to ignore it because its "a girl thing". It's horribly hypocritical and I wish society didn't have so many double standards.

That being said, I don't think there's anything wrong with being girly and liking princess things. I honestly never thought about body image or how disney princesses looked because I knew they were just cartoons. I think the "Disney Princess Syndrome" thing mainly addresses the issue of a girl feeling like she needs a prince to come save her or something.
