I just realized this story has been posted. Political intrigue? Check! Dark but not necessarily evil monsters? Check! War coming? Maybe. Everything I remember from Dark Pawn is here, and I eagerly await the updates that are hopefully coming. On to Chapter 3!

Claudia is asserting her power, but not in an aggressive way. It will take the dark elves sometime to get used to her ways of ruling as well. The races that were held in low regard by Kalaryndor will be pleased with it.

It looks like Claudia is off to learn more complex dark magic from the dark elves in Andothasariel.
And Famratyr is going to the north to see how the Dark Races there are doing as well!
