I'm curious what sources you're working from for the legal issues. Tara's made an awful lot of foolish decisions, in terms of getting the maximum amount of alimony. At least, under Florida law.

Of course, I'm no divorce lawyer, and one should certainly not take any statements made in reviews on a site like this one to be sound legal advice.
