This was a super long chapter and I loved every sentence. Really, you do so good with this story. Thank you again. Also, I seriously love Ryan. I think he is my favorite 'best friend' character I have yet to ever some across in the many, many, many tales I have read. I pray that you will do him justice and either give him a happy ending in this story or in his own story at some point.

First, I am...80% sure Lee and Tate are going to end up adopting Lily at some point. She is a beautiful little girl.
Second, I am...30% sure that Lee may actually be pregnant...but this is a BIG maybe.

I am the same. I don't understand any sports, honestly. Personally, I thought this chapter turned out pretty well. What was it that you found dissatisfying about it? You established quite a lot. Lee has broken her main way of having a relationship with David, as well as stopping the constant stream of heartache, pain, and anger she would have to be going through if she stayed. Tate fixed his business problems and, unintentionally, dealt a heavy blow to a man who is very obviously a long-standing rival of his.
Besides all that, now that Lee is out of that situation, she can start to heal a lot better. Its good for her, good for Tate, and good for Ryan, since he'll get some extra help. :D

Really loving this. I noticed you had some small spelling or grammatical errors here and there. I don't know if that bothers you at all or if you are worried about it. It definitely didn't stop my emjoyment of the story though.
