Ah, a new arc begins, not as crazy as your max crazy levels but, still rather wild of a ride lol.
Well, more experiments and kidnappings and mob antics a plenty today, funny antics though.
Funny that the United Nations would ban Time Travel, its just that with how feeble they can be at times I wonder how they would enforce it lol.
Both Damien and Anastasia had good moments today, we will see where things go with this, till then best of luck with the new arc.

It's great to see a new chapter from you. Poor Damien. I mean, the boy is in pain and Anne is giggling like a demented schoolgirl. She gets off by the pain of others. Jeez... She's one messed up girl.
Aside from the craziness, they had a pretty interesting conversation. It seems there have been some ripples in time, since Anne showed up. It seems there's more to Anne's trip to the past than she's letting on. I am truly curious to where you're going to take this.
Overall, this was an amusing and interesting chapter to read. It was great seeing Damien and Anne again. Oh, I can't forget about Shoji, too. And Ryuto's uncle has been kidnapped again. Seriously, what the heck do these man want with him. I am with Damien. I don't think they want his new drug. I think they want something more from Dr. Suzuki.
As for the change in rating... In my opinion, this didn't strike me as a 'M' rating. When I think 'M' rating, I think blood and gore, excessive language, drugs and alcohol use, and some nudity. So, your story has been 'T' since I read the first chapter. My opinion, of course.

So we now deal with some sort of aftermath of a raid.
Anyways, policemen and yakuza/ mafia fighting it out is one of the most enduring examples of good vs evil with a rather thin gray line in the middle.
Also, I noticed that you like to write with a lot of onomatopoeia. It's totally fine but maybe ease off a bit, especially when they insert themselves in the middle of a sentence. That's just my humble thought though, don't worry too much about it.

Okay now, that was a pretty strange chapter right there. By the way, if telekinesis is quite common in the future and that there are chips in the nervous system of a person does that mean that the power was manufactured? Or was it really natural?
I liked the idea of the time travelers though and particularly about the fact that time travel SHOULD be outlawed since it would practically screw up the entire time-space continuum and what-not if some guy messed up with the past... which might actually had already been done by these guys.

Zugzwang - really reminded me of Noucome, though while that anime was hilarious this scene right here is outright serious.
Anyways, I'm not really that used in reading a prose written in present tense but not bad. I might have actually said that before already but that's just me.
I liked the way the action rose up rather quickly and also the way the chapter ended in such a cliffhangerish fashion.
By the way, that leader of the group with assault rifles really looked like King Leonidas to me with a cigarette glowing in his mouth... badassery at it's finest.

But in all seriousness though, I like this more than the last arc. It’s more entertaining, and richer, like you said, and that’s not just because of the length. Misread the title as Goddamn. Didn’t matter, had the same reaction at the very end.
Convo between the creator and created could have been drawn out for dramatic and comedic effect. But well, it’s nano, so you are forgiven ;)
WTF… I expected an epic battle and all I see are these two throwing rocks at one another like little kids. The additional gimmick of telekinesis doesn’t count. T3T
Frankenstein’s existential crisis is nothing more than a desire for all-I-can-eat-buffet. Of heads.
Ending mirrors the classic, so a nice touch. But with Ann-chan’s cabinet of countless heads, she can still float around and play Halloween.

I had the same reaction as Kenshin when Miss Scaredy Cat’s formal occupation was revealed.
Damien and Anesthesia are pretty good Boke and Tsukkomi act, I give you that. Not yet in shipping territory though, not even with Ann-chan’s obvious attempt to fire a bullet into Da Da’s heart ;D

And then, Anaesthesia’s creation unwittingly wanders into Yukio’s RPG and gets turned into Froggie-kun.
