I would be as mad if someone did that. But I understand Hal's reasoning too. Her reaction shows that there is still a way to go for their relationship to reach a point of trust and understanding.
The chapter was really enjoyable. You make me so happy every time you update. :)
I'm glad Hal is making more effort to win her affection. He can be sweet when he wants it. It makes me happy seeing them get more and more comfortable with each other.

Oh la la... It's understandable why she was angry. Depends on how Hal explained, maybe in the end she could design as she dreamed before. The early part of this chapter showed that both of them were already in good term. Hal clearly tried to be sweet for her. Love this chapter! I'm looking forward to finding out what happened next!

This has to be one of the sweetest chapters even if it did end on a sad note, which I had expected was going to happen when she found out. I don't blame Joanna for getting upset either. Even though I know his intentions were good, I just knew keeping it a secret would come back and bite him in the ass. Hopefully Hal will figure out a way to earn her forgiveness, and maybe they can quit keeping things from each other.

That was kinda an unexpected revelation about Meg, not that I'm complaining since I'm kinda a fan of surprises. :) I'm glad to see that Joanna seems to be liking her more now too. Maybe having someone to talk to will help ease her loneliness from being so far away from home.
The moment at the end between Hal and Joanna was sweet, though I don't blame Joanna for not believing him. I know he genuinely cares for her, but given everything she's been through it's easy to see why she wouldn't. Maybe with time.

I absolutely love Joanna in this chapter, but Hal on the other hand I just wanted to shake sometimes. Mainly for brushing off Joanna like he, but I guess it wouldn't be much fun if everything went swimmingly. Anyways, great chapter. I'm looking forward to reading the next. :)

Oh, if only he knew...I loved this chapter. It perfectly portrayed how they have adjusted to their new lives with each other, the fire that is between and yet how they do not truly understand each other yet. I love them! I'm really enjoying how they are slowly starting to love each other unaware of the other's feelings.
