Holy heck that last stanza! Facing the north wind to save lives.
I've seen a lot of four wind poems, and this one blows (hah!) them all away! I liked how you described the South, East, and West winds as warm and beautiful but said you had to leave them.

Amazing. O_O The descriptions and personalities fit each one perfectly. I've never thought of the direction having an influence on their character, but wow...this is great. I find myself agreeing with your perspective. Good job! D *parties*
