Great start. Absolutely you should continue.
I would suggest a divider between his thoughts and hers.
Also, with her thoughts you switch back and forth between "her" and "me". If the "me" is her thoughts, which I assume it is, you might want to distinguish that in some way.
I look forward to reading more.
