I like this. I like the rhythm. I like the electrocardiograph line especially. Fits right there. Amazed about that word working in an actual poem. Love it actually!
The ending... maybe it would be better if it was in contrast to the rest of the poem. And it be singular: now count with me this goodbye. Thats just me.
