While I really liked this, I didn't like the end. Well, I sort of did, but then again... not.
It was an interesting spin on the countdown thing and I really enjoyed his (it just occurred to me that you never mention his name? And I didn't notice, which is a rare thing) thoughts on the whole thing, and how they change as we got closer and closer. But I don't think 27 is all that late to meet your one and only (but what do I know? I'am 27 and I met by fiancé when we were 16, so...)
