I kinda like it...Redache...you're writing scares me sometimes, just so you know. I constantly remind myself, 'don't tick her off, you don't want Finch and the others on your tail...ever.' lol. Loving the new twists. I had a confused meltdown when you brought up Finch's death in an earlier chapter...(sorry, playing catch up here), so much so that I had a panic attack. But all is well, you didn't kill off the MC and I can relax. I am eager to see how this reunion is going to go since Ri quite literally doesn't remember Finch and Finch is both half crazy and half dead by the looks of it.
Can't wait to read what happens next _.

Finch is awesome. I love intelligent characters cutting people to ribbons with nothing but their power of observation.
You have an opportunity to use one of your "mechanics" in this chapter. Specifically, the mechanic of Rianna's alternate way of seeing people. If she has had telepathy her whole life, then that is likely her primary vision mode for watching people. The wedding could be a swirl of thoughts and emotions and memories to her. An incredibly dense and complex fabric.
Also, if for some reason she can't use her telepathy (perhaps overload), then she would likely receive LESS information than an ordinary person, as the ability to read body language and social cues is largely a skill developed through practice and driven by necessity. Telepaths don't need to interpret ambiguous facial cues. They just read.
So... one possible writing cue for intense, poetic detail: What does Rianna see in Falcon Vigo when he is looking at his daughter the last time before giving her away?
"Gorgeous" and "Doll" have me thinking "Film Noir", not Renaissance-ish fantasy.

That's some REALLY convenient timing. Might want to hang a lampshade on that (mention offhand just how amazingly convenient it is) or drop the notification in somewhere earlier and have him forget it.
"Finch seemed sincere." Are we seeing this from Finch's perspective, or Rianna's, or are you going full omniscient? Might work better with more internal sensation from Finch or Rianna. Feel kind of locked out of them in this scene.

Hmp.. are these cat people seeking death!? This second queen seems too overbearing ! At last it's first mother cares a little . It looks like finch will have to go on a quest after finding rianna , in order to help her get her memories back! Seriously this car people have eyes but can't see !

I will say that, if the power of mind control existed, I would consider using it ONCE on a person without extenuating circumstances meritorious of death or the permanent loss of the voice.
Also, another interesting wrinkle to the Wister that is Finch with the inability to lust. Although the fact that the Biblical euphemism for sex is "to know" points to the true heart of sexual love being an insatiable desire to experience and understand a particular member of the opposite sex fully. Lust is not this, but the desire to self satisfy with the other person as an object used to that end.
Definitely want to see more of how the knight keeps the Wister in check. Must be a complex dynamic.
