"And your bedroom will be the murder scene of my trust" - The poem started off slowly at first, but man did it pack emotion and distinctive one liners. The ending might be a bit of a downer, but it makes the poem feel even more down to earth, more realistic. In that realism is a powerful gut punch and yeah...that is one heavy punch.
I don't think there's a way to manufacture a perfect poem. A poem just is, and this poem certainly appealed to me.
