Yeahhhh, I really need Wyatt to Dominate Calix. Though it's hard to believe that it has been less than 24 hours that these two have been together. I know they have with the timeline and all, but it just seems like longer. This story is moving right along!

Chapter 5's "Tickles and Tantrums" seem to progress fairly slow in this issue but continue to deliver the character development that is apt for the story.
We see a dark side of Wyatt as we see a more annoying side of Calix. The boy seem to dabble on ungrateful behavior but it seems appropriate as he grows appropriate by the second. Seems like a sign of cabin fever, as he said so, but I thought awareness of it should give him the right attitude of dealing with it. Calix's frustration is simple and direct, and Wyatt's reaction to it seem out of the blue, bordering on scary. Well, to be honest, I'd be upset myself if I had a kid complaining and throwing tantrums like a little bitch. But that reaction still...
So, we see more Calix-Canuck interaction and get glimpses of the more story-centric Who's the Alpha Arc. I had read somewhere that dogs give their submission to people of they licked the faces of their masters, and I wonder if it would be the same for wolves. And if licking Calix's neck show submission. I guess we'll see.
We see darker shade of the story but slow progress aside from character development. I give this chapter a 7/10! More! :)

I made an account (or really I just found my really old account information) just to tell you I'm enjoying your story and just started reading yesterday. We've learned that he uses the bathroom outdoors, which isn't surprising, but now I'm wondering if he utilizes a toothbrush. Maybe he makes his own herbal mountain paste? Calix hasn't complained about his breath yet. Only time will tell.

Lord, another update! Praise Jesus, my week just got better lol. Where to begin, as usual I fucking love everything that is going on. And as much as it kills me to wait, I'm glad Calix and Wyatt aren't together yet. I'm loving the tension! Wyatt getting a little rough with Calix got my heart racing, I feel like such a pervert lmao. Canuck is the best character. I want to kidnap him...I mean I would if he didn't bite me. And omg, does Canuck see Calix as the bitch! Lol that would be just perfect. I have no idea why seeing Calx get the shit end of the stick makes me smile. I should probably get my head evaluated. Update soon!

Being held by a muscle-bound man for almost 15 mins while you recuperate from a nightmare? Sleeping skin to skin on said man's big chest? Yes, please.
I must say that surly attitude was a bit scary and disheartening but completely understandable. It's probably going to take some time for him to get used to a human person letting out a blood curdling scream waking him from his blissful sleep before he's ready. I'd be quite upset too. I'm just glad they made up.
Speaking of which, they definitely seem like a couple already. Surly attitudes as soon as they wake up, gives each other space, and then hugging and sorry's and smiles when they see each other again. And I seriously thought Wyatt actually got Calix flowers, which would've been really nerdy but really cute lol
I can't wait to see what happens with Canuck. I'm also eager about the news of Calix joining the pack. Can't wait for your update!

I'd do whatever he told me to lol but clearly, that's just me because Calix can't seem to stop arguing lol I'd be nervous to cross this man when I'm injured and he has a wolf at his command and a variety of weapons at his disposal. Calix seems to forget such things at times. Eh, but I like a little snippety-ness, so I can't be mad.
So...do you think Wyatt would be opposed to Calix asking to stay after they found Dax? lol I only ask because I would definitely ask if in that position and I'm pushing my fantasies into the story lol never mind me.

Soooo glad Wyatt knows what he's doing. It would suck if Calix's leg fell off, though I'm sure Canuck wouldn't mind at all lol But oh my GOD, I swear I could feel him putting the stitches in my leg. I feel for Calix...but only for the pain aspect. The rest, he totally deserves for wandering off into the woods on his own. Maybe I should cut him some slack for that...?
Funny how weird Calix thought Wyatt's petting him was-it was pretty weird, yet understandable-and he goes and digs through Wyatt's facial hair like a monkey would do another monkey lol it was cute though. Canuck didn't seem to share my sentiment lol but it's still so cool that Wyatt is the Alpha and Canuck wants to protect him.
On to the butchering of the bear. I can't wait lol
