Lol! Astraya reminds me of a hyper active puppy! I think he first chapter she was trying to do what is Best, but then under fenrir's protection, she has blossomed and it is amusing to see her bring some lightness and laughter to fenrir. How does he know the blood will grant alpha status? Also it was interesting to hear him phrase his question of don't fall in love with him. It is understandable that he doesn't want a pack, but it must be lonely for him to be by himself. It will will be interesting to see their journey and why he thinks he will disappear.

Oh no everything feels so bittersweet already now that we know what will happen to Zenith! I love your writing style, it's just so... Descriptive. I really feel immersed in the world you've created. I'm assuming these wolves don't turn into humans?

Oh! Zenith is going to disappear?...Poor Astraya, she sounds just like a child who found joy again and she is going to lose it soon!...
I like this very much, even though I'm not a wolf fan. I really hope this has a good ending, I can't think of a heartbroken Astraya. I love her way too much!...

So I read this and forgot to review! (I'm avoiding an ethics exam, which isn't very ethical) I love the originality of the werewolf world in this, but maybe you could clarify some stuff for me? Please be advised that I read this a week ago during an insomniac moment, but do they ever shift into human form? I think it may have been mentioned once but I don't recall Zen's human form ever being mentioned.

I usually don't read or don't like werewolf stories. Primarily because they almost always center around female wolves being forced into mating and the stories are either horrible written and stupid or are very well written and are very sad.
But the whole two chapters I have yet read of Ephemeral have compelled me to eagerly look forward to further updates. :)
I am loving your take on werewolves. Even though you haven't set much of a world yet, I love it. It is absolutely different than most around and I especially love- absolutely LOVE- Zenith's attitude towards Astraya. I have read very few stories and possible no werewolf story where the female lead is treated with such respect and care and you have no idea how much I appreciate that.
I am going to love reading this story even though you may not update it frequently. Just these two chapters have made me a fan. I can't wait for more from all of your stories. You are an amazing writer and you should never stop creating such beautiful stories!
