I like the plot oboit obsessive man and usually enjoy it but this time I HATE this! I hate Anderson, he love Arabella but dont care about her want, just his want. He forceful and manipulation. I dont know why people love him and I hate he did good job made arabella like a whore who enjoy her own rapist. I know she enjoy it but the sex is not want she want, he dont give her choice for refuse. I still think it rape. I wish he die and Arabella got help but she not. I skip the chaptera coz cant take it anymore and read little at the ending. Look like Arabella together with Anderson and she love him. I hate her! I dont know she fall for him or what but what he do to her and his crimes is u forgivable. I hate her for forgive him.

Wow. This was simply and amazing story. I fell in love with it immediately. Normally I’m not into these types of stories but it was simply too good to stop. Honestly, the characters, the struggle, the romance, everything was amazingly well written. Truly enjoyed the story.

I've been reading the story steadily to pass time while at work and I did enjoy the first chapters - it will interesting, intense, and I liked that the drama/adventure was kept up. Towards these last few chapters, though, I've kind of lost interest in the story as a whole to where I doubt I'm going to finish it. And it's not because of the content - I don't really care about that or "abusive" relationship that I saw some other people cite in their reviews. It's more that the content of the story got kind of boring and then Arabella seemed to recover so fast from the death of her brother. Honestly the story is reading more as just a PWP, which is fine, except the way you're writing it is like there's supposed to be a plot. The problem is that, if there is a plot, it's pretty thin and not all that interesting, and only serves to keep Arabella and Anderson in the same vicinity as each other to where they can f/ck. Which is whatever - there was a lot of that in the beginning of the story, too - but at least embrace the fact that the story doesn't really have a plot like most romance authors do rather than use it for your sex scenes, y'know?

I havne't been on Fictionpress in ages, but I'm glad I came across this story.
I think with some work and fleshing out, it could be worthy of publishing.
As someone raised watching old westerns, I quite like the cheesy ending!

I'm literally crying! That was a perfect ending... I love this story so much! Both Anderson and Arabella were amazing characters that I fell in love with. I'm so sad that it's over :'( now I'm crying even more. It's that kind of book where you're sad to leave the characters...
I swear some of the twists and turns this story took really surprised me! Jonathan's death especially. I cried when he died.

I don't really have alot to say except wow. Just wow. This story was exceptional start to finisb. You paced it fantastically and it was so easy to get lost in it. Your writing style is beautiful and how you wrote each character, even the background characters, were done so well. Loved it and i hope you continue writing!

I absolutely loved your story, this is what I have wanted in a western romance for as long as I remember wanting one. There are parts that made me hate but I still couldn't stop which means that you guided my feeling of despair and disgust expertly making me wonder each chapter what you were going to do to fix what Happened or if you should at all. I had no way of knowing if it was going to be a happy ending or not and I absolutely love/hate you for that type of suspense.
That was just about the plot and the pace, don't even get me started on the characters. I'm a huge character person a lot of the time they make or break a story for me, which I assume is the way most people approach stories. I applaud the balance you found with your characters, she was the right kind of sass with the right kind of reservations and he was the right kind of dark obsession but with a hint honor. He would claim he had none, losing all in the war but he would and could try to be honorable to her. Somewhat my interpretation, not sure if "honorable" is the right word but I hope you understand my meaning.
