Ok, let me just start off by saying I just spent the last two days reading your story and wow... I am mindfuckingblown!
It was simply so captivating, juicy, romantic, angsty, actionpacked and beautifully written! Seriously, I could go on, but hopefully you get the point - I looooved it.
I loved the relationship between Arabella and Frank.. it's sick and twisted, but passionate at the same time. He's a great bad guy, and you managed to write a character that, even when he'd killed, stolen and raped (kinda), you're still rooting for him! That's a fine skill! :)
I don't know much about american history, but it was written so...realistically, I could almost imagine or hope there really was a Friendly Frank out there back then.

I hope you will publish it one day, because I really think you could earn a lil' dime on it.

I read your author notes along the way and I'm glad you ignored the bad reviews you got, because like you wrote.. if they don't like the adult themes or whatever, why were they still reading it? Sigh..

Oh, but I do have one thing to complain about.. Frank continued to remind Arabella that she owed him a favour, so she had to get down on her knees, but we never got to read about that, hmm?
But no worries, the story is still perfect. The ending might be cheesy, but I like cheesy endings as much as the angsty ones. I would have loved to see another ending too, where we see Frank and Arabella years later, happy and still in love.

How about a sequel with Frank and Arabella's daughter, Lilly and her husband? Frank mentioned that he didn't like him, and I couldn't help but wonder why.. maybe because he reminded him of himself?

Anyways, it's rare that I find a story that has all the right things. I've just grown so sick and tired if all the teen/high school stories (God, maybe I'm just getting old!) ..I always stalk people when they favorite my story because it's actually a great way to find good stuff, and luckily my last stalk victim had your story as a favourite :)

I hope you'll write more stuff and that this review functions as fuel for a bit.

Thank you for writing a great story.
Now, I'll be off to bed and dream of cowboys and outlaws!

It's not even funny how obsessed I am with this story. I love love Anderson and Arabella relationship. So stinking cute and makes me green with jealousy I first found it when only the first few chapters were listed so I've been following forever! Sorry for lack or reviews- i just get so sucked in! I've kept the browser open on my phone constantly checking for updates lol I've taken so long to read this bc I hate when things end! (The feels were too much and I needed to breathe!) even now I have to close this because I have finals coming up and must focus. Ugh it's torturous. I'm hoping to finish this over break ahhhh and desperately awaiting savage love to he back up!
Don't stop writing!

The ending was beautiful, I'm so happy Anderson and Arabella got that hard earned ending!

Just want to say, I love this story so far and have been reading it in my free time the past two days. I too am sick of "misunderstood bad boys." I love villains, I love complex relationships, I love the honesty. Frank and Arabella are imperfect. Frank is monstrous and yet sympathetic. I love how you are not walking around eggshells, you are willing to admit the world is ugly and yet beautiful. I am sad to see this story end but I am also excited to read your new story too. Ignore the moralistic haters and tell them they can get offended on Tumblr if they wish. You and this story rock!

I'm having some trouble logging in to my account right now, but rest assured, I will be favoriting this story.

I loved this story so much - your characters had so much personality and their relationship (although not necessarily a healthy one) was so heart wrenching and passionate. I love how you could see the progression of their feelings and confusion - they had their own internal battles that went hand in hand with the issues they were facing outside of themselves. The language and dialogue were very fitting and I am so so grateful you didn't make the mistake other writers make all too often - rushing the relationship. You had such a gradual, smooth transition from the beginning to end, it really was a spectacular read. This was such a satisfying story. I look forward to reading your other work.

Okay I don't have an account on here or it wouldn't be anon. I firstly have to say it can be difficult on this site to find stories that are engaging; 80% of the time I stop after the first chapter if there are spelling mistakes or the story lacks flow. So that being said I'm just about to start chapter 24 and even with the random misused words thrown about or the occasional wrong use of perspective I actually am really enjoying your writing. Your characters are definitely realistic and even relatable (I know I'd be a stuttering fool if I were on a train bring robbed, and I'm super glad she wasn't mouthy then!). And I enjoy, as you have noted, that the characters stay true to...well...character. I heard another author say something like "I have been working with these characters for years. They are from my mind and I know them most intimately". Keep that knowledge. They are yours to do with as you will regardless of what others may say. And I have to say it is still better written than some published books I have read. Continue to work on your craft and congratulations on creating.

Omg. That ending was awesome. Tears are in my eyes! Well done. Thank you for the journey you took me on. While I would love a man with Anderson with his passion, I'd like his record to be a tad cleaner, lol. Binge reading the story again!

I can't believe that it's over! I thought the ending was wonderful - not overly happy, but gracious and comforting to the reader. I love it when stories work out in the end. And yes, fit for a western.
I look forward to reading whatever you have coming next!

*grabs writer's hand and looks deep into their eyes*. i dont know how you did it. I don't know how you went and did that but you made me cry..AGAIN!
The only wish I had was maybe seeing a little bit more of Arabella's and Anderson's life together after the hanging. Kind of a moment to finally enjoy their life together in pace. I also hoped to hear a bit more about Blackjack and John. Specially Blackjack, I liked him. But I understand where you have taken the story and why certain parts of it are the way they are. I truly TRULY...and cannot further stress this in writing...TRULY thank you for sharing this and finishing it for us. I loved the ruggy, handsome and stubborn Anderson, even in old age. And Arabella, such a strong woman. She broke all norms to be with someone who, from the beginning, it was never obvious she would fit well together with. I am so glad she was able to live with him and their children for such a long time ;-;. And you somehow turned all of that into this ending which made me cry like a little baby ahhh -dreamy sigh- like I have said before, you have a way of pulling your readers into your characters and make them feel so pationately about them that it makes it so hard to part with them.
I am going to stop rambling now, otherwise I wont be able to stop these tears from flowing
Thanks again so much and I eagerly wait for your next story! Xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox
