This was a great insight into Boon's mind and the fact that it adds some snapshots was amazing.

I love it! It would be so awesome if you wrote another full-length story or even just another short one like this!

This is one of my all time favourite series ever. It's better than a lot of published books I've read. Gemma was the perfect protagonist - strong, but also vulnerable. That's something very few authors get right. Boone was so endearingly flawed and I appreciate that he didn't just overcome his demons overnight.
Thank you for all the work you put into these characters and storyline. It was phenomenal.

Very cute, I absolutely love these two and your world. I especially love how much attention to detail you have and how there are like zero plot holes, always makes reading more enjoyable. Keep writing!

I felt bittersweet the entire time I read this. I'll miss these two. I will check in again soon. Thanks for this though!

Ok I finished reading this a couple days ago but haven't had the chance to review. I thought it was great! I really loved the formatting of showing his life before and after Gemma in snapshots (and the way you titled each segment as a countdown). Not only was it unique, I thought it suited Boone's character really well. Living one moment to the next, not really thinking ahead or long-term...And I liked how you characterized him and how Gemma looked in his eyes (I mean her character, not her physical appearance).

And I liked that you left it open-ended. I didn't need to see a wedding or kids-that sort of fluffy ending doesn't suit these guys. I mean, long-term maybe it does, but for these gritty stories I think it would've been too cookie-cutter an ending. I liked that it ended with them simply being comfortable and content with each other. It's a simple but real ending, which is really a fitting end to the tough times they've had. That said, I would be happy to read more about them!

Also I really liked the bit where Boone met her family. And the second-last snapshot of Boone just being happy by himself. Gemma has made him better, but he doesn't rely on her for happiness. I think that's just great and a good thing to highlight in a character..

This is by far my favourite part of the series. Boone's perspective is a brilliant perspective.
Looking forward to your future works!

That was a really cute piece! It was nice to see the clockwork that runs through Boones head. I love it! I think it's the perfect end to an outstanding series. You've outdone yourself! Xx
