Why is it taking you so long to update this amazing story? with this long it takes to update people are going to lose interest in the story, in your previous story it didn't take this long to update it's almost three weeks now since the last update am really disappointed.

I have to disagree with one of the other reviewers. I think Alice realistic. The fact that she considered throwing herself into the river says she's messed up right now. She's clearly turned into an alcoholic. As far as I think in her mind this was the first time Alice ever fornicated. Every other time, I think can be considered rape. AND she still won't admit what she's doing to Sara, even when Sara needed the reassurance for her own issues. She knows it's wrong and she's disgusted by it but she does it anyway. It's hypocritical, i get maybe not liking her but I think its realistic. It's a mess of shame, guilt, fear, weakness, all mixed into her English Christian superiority toward her "savage captors." Plus, Alice never pretended to be this reat mother. It's what others have always projected on her. Anyway I guess what I'm saying is I really like what youre doing with this story! Update soon!

Now I want to learn more about Megedagik and Ahanu's past! Aww poor Alice, that must've been a difficult choice for her to make. I wonder if she'll regret her decision or what would happen if Megedagik were to find out? It's nice to see them start to get more comfortable with one another though. Hope you update soon!

Gotta say, have been following this story for a while and love it. I really enjoy your character development and loved your other story. That being said, I'm going to stop following this one. Alice reaction to the pregnancy doesn't make sense character wise. She is supposedly so motherly and missing her children and so Christian so as to...? She's only Christian when it comes to multiple wives? Not in fornicating? Not in abortion? My arguments are the same for Sarah. I find these characters to be unrealistic.
